Default Retailer Refusing to Honor a Non-Error Price

Last night I ordered some items from an online retailer for $26 each. I noticed today that they have raised the price on these items to $33 each and have not contacted me about my order. I am concerned that they do not intend to honor the original price.

I received an email from them before they raised the price that says, "Thank you for your order! Your order has been received and will be shipped. You will receive an email with your shipment information once we have processed and shipped order." However, their website policies include this line: "We reserve the right to refuse the processing of any order placed on our website."

I haven't received any communication except for that one email. If this is not merely from some kind of delay, my question is this: do they have any grounds for refusing to sell me these goods?

Futhermore, is their policy, which basically says that they can refuse to sell at an advertised price even when the price was not the result of an error, legal? If it is, what's to stop every store from baiting and switching all their customers this way? Finally, if they do try to refuse to sell, do I have any sort of recourse? They're in Missouri, and I'm in New York.
