Not here. You been told over and over to consult with a criminal defense Attorney or request a Public Defender then ask that Attorney about diversion. You have further been told its a bad idea to meet with DA on your own! the people at the courthouse work for the court! Think about it!! They are also not Attorneys they are clerks! Now you can listen to them or follow the advice you got here. If you choose to ignore what you have heard here, which is fine if you so choose. Then stop posting and asking questions

I wouldn't say it's necessarily a "bad idea" to meet with a prosecutor without a lawyer. Sometimes you get the same deal you would get with a lawyer. But other times you don't, and end up with a worse outcome, so it is wise and sensible to consult a criminal defense lawyer before talking to the prosecutor.

Just because you plead guilty does not mean you get diversion! Aaron also told you to consult with an Attorney! You asked for advice you got it you seem bound to do this on your own! I hope it works out but you hav emuch to lose if you try to do this yourself!!

i know if i plea guilty i "might" not get diversion. But when i go into court either i'm gonna have to plea...something...or the prosecuter will just make me an offer and i can get the charges dropped if i finish the program.
