If the law says you have to be 16, then you have to be 16. They aren't going to bend or break the law because you couldn't keep your hormones under control.
Furthermore, not only is panther correct that "I can get a job" is not sufficient, that job has to pay enough so that you can be COMPLETELY self-supporting even if you are planning to live with a roommate. Emancipation will not be granted on your ability to support yourself with a roommate's help - only on your ability to support yourself (and in your case, your baby) even if the roommate moves out or kicks you out or gets hit by a bus. ONLY your earnings will be counted in establishing if you are self-sufficient even when you are 16, not your roommate's.
