Legal Emancipation

My name is Oak Farmer, i'm 15 years old, and my parents are currently forcing me to live in Doha, Qatar (A small peninsula attached to Saudi Arabia). I want to know if I can get emancipated in a way which allows me move back to Texas. If not, is there a law against forcing a minor to live outside the United States if he is an American Citizen?

Under Saudi law as I understand it, children (and wives) are treated largely as the property of the husband/father. I would be very surprised if there is anything analogous to emancipation available under Saudi law, let alone that a court felt that a western child's upbringing were so difficult so as to merit that remedy.

Parents move overseas with their kids all the time. It's legal.
