Default Collection Against a Spouse's House in Rhode Island

can anyone answer a question for me? my daughter is in my insurance policy. she's 22. i just got married and moved into my husband's house. if she were to get into an accident and hurt someone and they wanted to sue, is there any way they could go after my husband's house? my name is not on the deed. he obtained the house long before dated. i want to keep her on the policy given that this scenario could never happen

Based on what you have said, no, there would be no recourse against your spouse's house. But it is best to make sure that you have enough insurance coverage, such that this isn't even an issue.
