    Default Wrong date on traffic citation

    I got a speeding ticket in Ny and the cop wrote out the date for a court appearance as Jan 20 but for the year he wrote 2004 instead of 05, does this help me at all??

    Default Clerical Error on Ticket

    Probably not. Usually, courts allow amendment to correct minor clerical errors. You may wish to check local court policies with a lawyer in the community where the ticket was issued.
