Default Court for minor who consumed alcohol

What about Arizona law as it pertains to consumption of a minor but no arrest took place. The blood alcohol was .0141.
    Thanks

Default court for minor who consumed alcohol

Thank you for your response. Can you let me know what to expect when we go to court? Should I retain an attorney for my daughter? She has never been in any type of trouble before and is quite upset by the whole incident. I am just wondering if it is a serious enough offense to hire an attorney or her pleading guilty what type of fine or if any jail time would even occur?. Thanks.

    Default Juvenile Consumption of Alcohol

I suggest at least consulting a lawyer, to find out local policies toward diversion programs or alternative sentences which might help your daughter avoid the most severe sanctions. After the consultation, you can decide if you want to take the further step of hiring the lawyer to represent your daughter in court.
