Default Eviction At Then End Of The Redemption Period

    Minnesota
My house was foreclosed on in March. I had 6 month reception period. That will be over on Tuesday of next week. What is the process for eviction? When will I get am eviction notice? How long do I have after they serve notice? How will it affect my credit?
If I move out before I get the notice (like on Tuesday of next week? What happens then.

    Thanks I need advice

They will serve you with notice of eviction when they are ready to proceed with the eviction. That may be the first day after the redemption period ends, or it may be longer. They control that schedule, not you. If you move on your own initiative before anything is served, simply notify the owner that you are out of the premises.

If you have a recent foreclosure on your record, your credit score is already bad. An eviction is most likely to affect you if you try to rent premises somewhere else, as most landlords are reluctant to rent to people who have previously been evicted.
