Default Tenants Rights After Foreclosure in Ohio

I think my landlord might be close to foreclosure. In fact, I am pretty certain, as people are coming by the house to take pics, etc. It is not already registered in the public records for my county and state, as I don't think the process has started. Is there someplace that I can verify this before it goes to foreclosure? And, if so- can I get out of my lease by the "anticipatory breach of contract" excuse? HELP!

If the property is not in foreclosure, your suspicion that it may happen in the future isn't going to get you out of your lease. Beyond that, laws are different in each state.
