    Default Money Owed

I had a work comp injury that happened early in the mourning, and caused me to miss most of the day. My question is if I was supossed to be paid for the day till the end of my shift, or only for the hours that i was there.

I got there at 7:00am and left with the injury at 9:00am. My shift would of been over around 2:00pm. My employer only has paid me for the two hours that i was there.

Laws are different in each state. Many states don't offer benefits for lost wages until you pass a certain threshold, usually several missed days of work as a result of the injury.
