In the state of tennessee there are no expungments for guilty charges. However, upon emailing the state probation and parole board for

Executive Clemency Application and guidelines

I was simply replied to asking if I meant pardon or commutation forms. This department, and any other, it would seem, is horrible about anyone attempting to find out how to clear their record or anything similar. I had tried contacting the public defenders officer and court house about getting bakc my rights to vote, a different yet connected issue, and was given a total run around.
