Violation on J-1 Visa

Hi I have J-1 visa extendet one more year now with some Agency. If I leave the agency and after that try to take my MD here what kind and how much problems will I have with my status? So the question is if I violate my J-1 visa could I role up to the univeristy after that?

If there is no foreign residency requirement on your J1, and you remain in status under a student visa, there shouldn't be a problem. If you go out of status, that could create issues.

That is the thing that I want to live the agency before I get my student status and I would like to know if I get out of the agency and then applay in the universty could I study here and in what conditions?

Hi, sorry but I am new here and don't get it all. And I would like to. I don't have foreign requirement on my J1. What means if I go out od status? Will I be out off status if I leave the Agency (and she is in my DS form) ... and after that try to sign in on university. That means that they will already reported me in imagretion when I'll try to go back in school. Or just is imortant to get roll in univeristy by the time approved for stay on my DS from?

Going out of status means that you overstay your visa. That is, to stay in the country after your visa ends.
