Marrying A Foreigner Who Entered Legally

Hi,

Thank God, I am now a permanent resident in this country USA.

I have a curiousity question that I would like help with. I have been in contact with many foreigner girls who entered this country in different visas such as visitors, tourist, and religious visa.

I would like to know if there is any restriction to adjust their status if I decide to marry one of them. I guess I can rephrase my question this way: "is there any visa out there which prohibit someone to adjust if they get married to a permanent resident?"

If there is any which ones should I be aware of?

Some visas have a foreign residency requirement, which don't prevent an eventual adjustment of status but may require the person to reside outside of the U.S. for an extended period regardless of their marriage.

What are you actually up to here? It almost sounds like you're trolling to find somebody who is willing to pay you to try to gain permanent residency.
