    Hi, I Have Been Divorced For 3 Years, And Was Married To The Mother Of My 2 Children When They Were Both Born. I Have Since Changed My Surname To My Birth Surname , As My Mother Re Married When I Was A Child. My Children Are Nearly 7 And 5 Years Old. Where Do I Stand Legally Regarding My Children Affording My "real" Name Peterborough England
