The problem is that for all we know, you're assuming that you have been a victim of whistleblower discrimination and ADA noncompliance. Unless we know exactly what your disability is, and what you did that makes you think they are firing you for whistleblowing, no one can answer your question. As of right now, we don't know for sure if you have a disability under the ADA or if your employer unlawfully caused you to resign.
