Where it may not have been unethical to go to your work it was within reason to do so. Perhaps they were unable to contact you via other means. I am not argueing that it was unethical but it wasnt anything you can sue for. bottom line is stillit was your illegal actions that brought this on not the detective.
I didnt do anything illegal and that is the entire issue. Due to an underlying issue that my old owner thought i was going to testify against his son for stagitory rape against a 14 year old and so he decided to attack me personally. After i didnt get fired for him attacking me personally, he filed BS charges that were not worth my time fighting so i relinquished the folder i had because there is nothing in it that would put me in jaiol (as they claim). The whole issue comes down to jealousy and the fact im succeeding at my new job and due to my former employers actions (telling them HIMSELF that i have left) about 50% of my clients followed me
Because you did not fight accusation there is a presumption of guilt. the Detective can use any means (legal) to investigate a possible crime. In this case he went to your work. Where this caused your problems it wasn't illegal. If you feel wronged by this agency (Detective) then contact his superior and file a complaint.
thank you for your help panther. The complaint has been filed with the PD and im going to see what happens next. I havent had a phone call from them in a few days so i'm going to wait until i get my new seperation paperwork. i was told directly be someone in upper management and store management that had the detectives not yelled at me in front of customers (customers called and complained to my owner) that I would still have my job
