Default Flavors of public sector interference in the markets.

Consider market friendly financial tools that better enable health care capital accumulation.

Can a truly capitalist economy have public policy that imposes barriers to entry on capital accumulation?

Socialist countries can manufacture all sorts of public sector interference in the markets; ostensibly, for the public good.

I vote for modern infrastructure that can guarantee (forms of) conduits to markets; as a form of public good that provides for the general Welfare of the United States.

One possible example, is maglev based transportation. When combined with frictionless surfaces, transportation technologies that will enable faster than light travel may be accessible from public sector ventures engaged, initially, to solve local transportation issues.

I also consider this a practical example of natural public sector monopolies; arising from a form of natural resource: existing infrastructure.
