Default Getting Out Of A Purchase Agreement

I am selling my home in PA on my own. People said they wanted to purchase it and I had them sign a paper stating I agreed to sell them my house for a 207,000 as is. they signed the paper and now we have not heard from them in two weeks. They originally said hey wanted to close within two to three weeks. we try to call them and they do not respond. we now have someone else interested in the house. can we leave a message for the previous people and tell them if they do not respond within so many days we are selling the house to someone else?

    Thank you

It's going to depend upon what's written in the "paper" you signed.

This is one of the big dangers of trying to do it on your own. You can get by without the real estate agent but you do need to at least consult with an attorney and have the proper forms.
