    Default Statute of Limitations on Breaking and Entering

    i am from michigan i know someone who is being accused of breaking into into a store and stole a cash register. i was wondering if you can tell me the statute of limitations on breaking and entering?

    The exact charge can affect the limitations period, and other factors may result in it's being extended. It's most likely six years.
