You want to marry a man who is here illegally and committing idenity theft/fraud? There's not much you can do, other than turn him in or tell him to move back to HIS country and you go with him. If you decide to immigrate to his country, please do so legally.

If he entered the U.S. by pretending to be somebody else, and using somebody else's name or Social Security number, he is potentially subject to lifetime ineligibility from reentry in the event that he is deported or leaves the U.S. and attempts to reenter. Given that we know nothing about how he came to the country, and he is unquestionably engaged in illegal activity, he should consider seeking help from an immigration lawyer.

I am led to believe, that if you marry your boyfriend, you can petition him as Immediate Relative, I-130, however he will be denied and you can apply for a I-601 waiver, however he will have to eventually go back to his country for the Interview, have you had a look on this site, immigrate 2 us there are numerous ladies on here that have had to go this route. hope this helps.

Uhh...NOPE! This MIGHT be the case if the man entered the US lawfully...But this guy entered illegally.

And that is why he will be denied the I-130 and have to submit the I-601 Hardship waiver.

If he is using "someone elses name and social security number", he IS pretending to be someone else.
