Question Help With Emancipation or Marriage in Tennessee

Ok this is going to be a very long story that I REALLY need help with. Well for a start I am 15 years old and am engaged to a 23 year old. My dad knows about it and lets me stay over there alot and lets my fiance stay at our house etc... (My mom and dad are divorced but she only lives 10 miles away, but my dad has majority custody and I barely ever see my mom because she is an alchoholic/drug addict and has been in jail about a year ago for beating the hell out of me right after I got out of the hospital.) See if my mom ever finds out she will have my fiance thrown in jail faster than you can snap your fingers so we are very very careful in where we go and how often we go out places together. I really want to get emancipated as soon as possible, because as much as I love my dad he is addicted to meth and at times very unstable with his emotions and has hit me alot in the past few months. I really want to move in with my fiances parents but I am scared if I cant get emancipated that something will happen and I will be put right back in foster care again. Also we really want to get married as soon as possible so I was thinking maybe his parents could get custody of me and then allow us to get married. They support us 100 %. Another complication is Caston (my fiance) is just now getting his divorce settled from his ex-wife and is going through a custody battle over his 17 month old son..... I know this all sounds crazy but I just want this all to be over with as quickly as possible. I need any information that might be helpful to my situation. Thank you.

ummm.... He is 8 years older then you, and married? (or divorced, i guess) Idk, it just doesnt seem like a good relationship, your way to much younger then him, and u cant raise a son who was born as u became a teen.

Not to mention that if her fiancee's parents adopt her, then she becomes fiancee's sister...and can't get married.

See how children don't think things out?????
