Employed as a sales manager in CA mortgage company. Informed employer of pregnancy 3 weeks ago. Took 1 week off work for medical reasons. During week off, received a phone call notifying me that my sales team had been dismantled due to 'production'. My sales team is not bottom ranked and bottom ranked team was not dismantled. Bottom ranked sales person received my top sales person.
NO prior notice (verbal or written) that my team or my job was in jeopardy due to production. My position as sales manager was dissolved and I've been offered sales position along with a significant decrease in pay. Offer from employer is 2 months of sales manager pay while adjusting to sales position. I have been exposed to sexual harassment as I am the only female manager. Current employment status is at will.
