This bullshit should be illegal because it's forcing us to do something that opposes a legal right that I know have does it not? Are you telling me for every school, I have to tell them my juvenile record? That should be illegal because that is protected and can only be seen through a court order.

Inquire with the service academy. If you're serious about attending and they require disclosure, it's not something you can afford to get wrong.
