Default Helping A Girlfriend Who Is In Deportation Proceedings

Ok ive been in a relationship with my girlfriend for quite a while. Her and her family moved here from peru, and have recently been given orders for deportation. We've been together for almost 4 years now, and i would really like to marry this woman. But i dont know if it will even help her situation, her family moved here with her when she was 11 years old, shes now 22, Can she re-apply for a green card herself? She is currently in florida with her family. But i plan on pruposing marriage to her cause i really love her, and she loves me. But will marriage even help with her situation at all? Or will she have to be deported and move back here and then we get married? Im just so dumbfounded by her situation cause she really doesnt like talking about it. I mean i hear bits and pieces of it. But i really don't know what i can do to help.

    Thanks in advance,
    Trevor

If she does not yet have it, she needs help from an immigration lawyer. Her lawyer can advise her what, if any, effect marriage is likely to have at this stage in her deportation process.

Thanks, she has talked to her family lawyer with her mother, and their lawyer told them he could get them an appointment with immigration but couldnt garuntee her that deportation wont pick them up when they leave the building, Im like deeply in love with this woman, ive tryed to help like sooo much, but shes really resiliant to outside help. Cause she thinks she has to deal with this on her own. Is there anything i can do to help in this situation at all?

She can discuss marriage, and its potential effect on her status, with her lawyer.
