Need Help with Emancipation

Okay Im new to here and just joined to ask a question. Im 17 and will be 18 in October. I haven't lived with my parents for over a year now. The first part was court order and then it was dropped. Im currently living with my boyfriend and have been since Early June. He is 20 and his parents are okay with us living there together. My mom has custody of me now and Im wanting to get emancipated from her now. I have a job and I have been supporting myself for a while now, with the help of my boyfriend. My parents have a history of drugs & alchol abuse. Thats why they didnt get custody of me last year after the big fight. My dad is a drunk for the most part and has been an abussive father to both me and my mom. How would I go about emancipating myself? We (me and my boyfriend) have found a place to move and want to move by December. I would change schools too. Im a Senior and would like to finish school. Could I do that by myself if I do get emancipated? Also how much would it run to get emancipated? Im in Texas, Chambers County.

The age of majority in Texas is 18, and you'll be 18 (and thus a legal adult) in two months.
