I worked for a year in half at a golf and country club in every capacity know.Bartender,cart person assiting Food and Beverage Mgr.I had 98 %evaluations,was told by Mgr she had to mark something so I wouldnt get 100 so she choose talks on phone to long.I was never late,missed a total of two days.Worked my entire pregnancy and went back when my daughter was two months old.Last week I was informed by the Food and Beverage Mgr that I was not going to be considered as her replacement that she was going to train a less experienced younger person.She has many reasons all relating to my personal life but a red flag went up when she said well you have a baby and you are not married!!!!!I have mentioned her comments to others and everyone feels that this is discrimination.My work ethic is beyound reproach.I was so upset by her statements that I quit my job. Can I sue and if so what type of lawyer
