Fraud Charges in Pennsylvania

Ok, so I am being charged with something. I am not sure yet. The officer in charge of the case, hasnt returned my calls.

I recently received a laptop computer from a company. It was all in my aunt's name. She told me it was alright, and not she is taking it back. The account is for $1800. She didnt want to hurt her precious credit. Now I lived with her for a year caring for her. I was no longer needed, then she said I could get a laptop to do my business, and as a thank you.

My question is, what am I going to be charged with? Will I go to jail? I have never been in trouble with the law before. I have always taken care of people. Now I am diagnosised with MS. Its a he said/she said case, and there is nothing written.

I am lost, I am confused, and terrified. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you stating that you took your aunt's credit card without her permission and bought a $1,800 computer?

No, she helped me set up an account in her name. Now she is saying that I stole her SS# to get a computer. Now she is taking it all back, and pressing charges on me. I have no proof she helped me with it, its all verbal.
