I Want To Be Emancipated, But Mom Uses My Past Marijuana Use Against Me

I need to get emancipated because all my family does is yell,fight,and put eachother down. My mom is trying this little battle thing where she tells me that I can try all I want but I'm not getting emancipated because she'll tell the judge about me smoking weed, but that has been more than 2 months ago and I'm not quite 16 yet but I will be in Novmeber and I don't plan on getting emancipated til December or January and I'm not planning on smokin weed anymore. Is there any possibility I can still get emancipated?

What is your plan for continued education?

Without even pulling up the statute I can safely say if you cannot naswer these properly your dead in the water. By the way emancipation is not for teens who are unhappy with their home life (that would be better than 80% of all teen homes)its about a teen through no faul tof his/her own finds themself in a position of self support
