Default 15 With a Child, and Wanting To Move

I am 15 years old i have 1 boy and 1 on the way and i want to move out of my mommas house because all she wants to do is try and tell me how to raise my baby and her boy friend tries to tell me what to do. Plus she says that if i move she will take my baby from me and she will have me put in jail.

You failed to list your state as laws vary by state. However let me say this the chances of a teen with one child much less two being emancipated are less than a snow balls chance in hell.

How do you plan to support yourself, continue your education, and convince a court that with 1.5 babies at age 15 you are sufficiently mature and responsible to be regarded as an adult? Also, you didn't follow the instruction to identify your state - even assuming you can overcome the obstacles to emancipation already identified, you may be in a state which doesn't permit emancipation.

Pregnancy and maternity are enormous impediments to emancipation, which is rarely granted to begin with.
