Age Fifteen and Kicked Out - What Are My Rights?

Okay so heres my situations...

My mom kicked me out after having several problems over the last while. I didnt want to go to my grandparents as theyd make me go home as if I could. I am living with my moms ex husband and wife who I became very attatched too as I was younger. I am much happier where I am. The thing is I want to know what rights I have. I know that my dad is currently paying child support to my mom which isnt right as I havent been living there the last few months. She is taking it and using it for herself. I have no way of contacting my dad as I saw him last when I was seven and I dont even know his last name! But if he found out he would press charges against my mom and I may be declared a run away. I want to know my rights so I can do this legally.

Contact CPS tell them your situation and that you are not a run away. What your Mother did was illegal
