5 Months, And Still No Word

About 5 months ago my brother quit his job and was later told by the store manager that he was banned from the store. He apparently did some false returns and cashed out 550 dollars, lp has never contacted him or confronted him nor has any police officers. He has no problem getting a job else where and has not heard anything at all about the incident. Its been almost half a year and nothing at all. Did they just let it go?

If he was not contacted by LP then they don't have enough evidence to prosecute or they hava a three incident rule

I am not saying that. So far yes but that can change at anytime. Much depends on the evidence and company policy
