Leaving Home at Sixteen

I live in Wisconsin, and i'll be turning eighteen in a few months. My girlfriend is turning sixteen, and i was wondering if it was possible when i turn eighteen to get custody of her. I understand that she can get emancipated with parents consent, because i have already discussed this with the police, but we both know that her parents will not give consent. Is it possible to take the parents to court with evidence of both verbal and physical abuse and fight to get custody of her. If i work full time, and can provide a stable living environment, and can continue her education through highschool would i have a chance of getting custody of her.please help because she's afraid to go to foster care again, and her home is getting more and more violent. i don't know how much more she can take before something happens.

No you cannot gain custody of your minor GF! Your state has no statute for emancipation outside of marriage.

so she's stuck in a violent home and their's nothing i can do about it

No but she can talk to a teacher, Doctor, Policeman etc all are mandated reporters and must by law contact CPS and report abuse.

By the way living with you is not an option as the AOC for your state is 18!

would any of her family be able to get her, rather than her ending up in foster care again.

That would depend on the family members and the court. Thats not the concern the concern is her safety

i realized that living with me probably wouldn't work, all i want is for her to get out of the environment she's in

Then I guess she will be abused until she dies or its so bad she can't hide it
