Unhappy Getting Out Of My Home

I'm currently 14 and for a while now, I've been researching and planning on getting Emancipated after I turn 16. It hasn't been on my mind until recently when I met someone who I think I love. He lives in California, and I would do anything to get there. We have decided to wait until my 16th birthday to put anything into action, but it's hard to get answers. I really want this. I am terrified of the courts rejecting my petition. The person I've been seeing is telling me he wants to marry me....I am wondering, Would that be easier to do, rather then get emancipated? And could I get married without my mom's consent?

If your state has a statute for emacnipation ther eis no judge anywhere that will grant an emancipation petition so the minor can go live with her BF (who is how old?)

Where are working that you can support your 100%
What is your plan for indepnedent living?
What is your plan for continued education?

these are but a few problems you face

My boyfriend is 16 right now, So when I am 16 he will be 18.
We have both agreed to get jobs when I move out there, As of now, I am searching for one to save up to fly there.
Plan is to find a cheap apartment, Me finish up High School, part time working, him finding a decent job.
After High School, We are going to decide...He wants to get at least 2 years of collage, Which I hope we can afford...Me? I don't quite know yet.
I'm kinda scared. I don't want anything to go wrong, which is why I started researching a year and a half in advance...My mom blocks me out whenever I talk about it, She and I butt heads a lot...I'm nervous but I would love to be able to move out before I turn 18, I don't feel as young as I am....

    But why not?
If I have reason, Like, My mom and I cannot stand each other and fight constantly, And if I can support myself, What's the issue?

The for emancipations statutes is not for teens to escape parental control (all teens rebel) nor is it for teens to shack up with their bf/gf.

    As the linked statute says,
    Quote Quoting MCL 722.4c(2)
The court shall issue an emancipation order if it determines that emancipation is in the best interest of the minor and the minor establishes all of the following:
    (a) That the minor's parent or guardian does not object to the petition; or if a parent or guardian objects to the petition, that the objecting parent or guardian is not providing the minor with support.

    (b) That the minor is at least 16 years of age.

    (c) That the minor is a resident of the state.

    (d) That the minor has demonstrated the ability to manage his or her financial affairs, including proof of employment or other means of support. “Other means of support” does not include general assistance or aid to families with dependent children administered under the social welfare act, Act No. 280 of the Public Acts of 1939, being sections 400.1 to 400.121 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

    (e) That the minor has the ability to manage his or her personal and social affairs, including, but not limited to, proof of housing.

    (f) That the minor understands his or her rights and responsibilities under this act as an emancipated minor.
The first element will be difficult for most teens to meet over parental objection, as most teens do accept (and need) support from their parents.
