Default H-1 Transfer While a Transfer is in Progress and Started Working for New Employer

    Hello!

I'm in a slightly tricky situation. Company NEW has initiated H-1 transfer from Company OLD to Company NEW. Since I can start working as soon as USCIS receives the transfer application, I did. However, I did not get an approval yet and it might take a few months.

Now, I have another offer from Company Newest. Is it ok to initiate transfer to Company Newest with the H-1 approval of OLD and transfer receipt from NEW, paystubs from NEW (as well as OLD)?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

    Best,
    Idler.

As long as you have paystubs, there's no waiting period before you apply for another transfer.
