    Angry Where Is The Fairness

My husbands ex wants to take us back to child support because she wants his overtime. Here is the unfair part (the daughter is 12) she doesnt take care of her. She will drop her off at my husbands parents house for weeks at a time. She doesnt buy her any off her clothes or supplies for school. The grandparents buy this for her. Here is the kicker we arent on good terms with my inlaws because they are on the ex's side and if it came down to testifiying in court they will side with her. The ex doesnt even pick her daughter up from school the grandparents do, she registered her in their district instead of hers. For starters I am going to tell the school she is out of district. But why should we have to pay her for not taking care of her responsibilities?

If you believe she isn't taking care of the child, consider seeking a modification of custody.
