    Question Breaking My Lease

I have an apartment in Escondido CA and will be moving to Texas in early September, I signed a 1 yr lease that is not up till the end of November (I am losing my job at the end of August) I can afford to pay the August & September rent (total of about $1600) but I will not have a job and no way to pay anymore rent after the end of August. The only thing wrong with the place is that the hot water wont regulate and I either get burned or freeze when I take a shower, its not a big thing. I will have a letter from my current job stating that I no longer have one after August 31st. Is there any way for me to break the lease? I don't expect to get my deposit back so that isn't a concern. I have been offered a place to stay when I get to Texas so being black balled in getting something else is not an issue.
