Exclamation Discrepancies on my 3-Day Notice and Unlawful Detainer Summons

Hello All, My name is Robert and I have received a Unlawful Detainer Eviction notice, and I have a few questions

The Paper itself is Dated 7/19/2007 But I have received it today,
Also Since my lease was up in march and I never did resign the Lease agreement, We went on a month to month, before the month to month the Rent payment was 1700, After on a month to month it has gone to 2029,

But the UDE states that I have a one year term lease and the rent payment that I missed was for 1700+79 dollar late fee,

IS there any way I can have this thrown out, I am not on a lease, I am on a month to month Also the amounts are wrong on the Three Day Notice and the UDE, I would try to contact a Laywer but they all seem to not work on weekends lol, Thank you for any Help anyone can provide me In advance.
    I live in California.

So..keep your mouth shut and you'll only be charged for the lower price perhaps as a monetary judgment.

That being said..you don't state what for but is it for non payment? You could have even tried to pay according to the notice the lower amount and might have gotten away with it at least until the owner issued a new one and/or revised one with the court.

What is the UD for? Is it just for non payment one month?
