i made a group about a girl who got my ex boyfriend to cheat on me. i know its immature and everything but i was mad and it accused her of having aids with pictures making fun of her and everything. she found it and she told me she was suing me over it. when she told me this i erased everything. she told me she printed everything out and cursed and me and threatened me in the instant messages so i saved it. can she really sue me and if she can, can i get her in trouble for what she said to me?

You can't sue her for calling you names, if that's what you're asking.

If you defamed her with the MySpace content, she could conceivably sue you. I doubt that she has any significant damages, I doubt that she will be willing to pay thousands of dollars to a lawyer to help her sue, and I doubt that she will find a lawyer willing to assist her for free, so I will be surprised if anything comes out of her threat.
