Default Living Abroad with Credit Debt in the States

I will soon be moving to Europe and am curious about my credit card debt. I don't plan on paying the balance off and I want to know if that credit rating is only for the the U.S. Also is it possible that I can become involved in any legal problem while abroad for a debt I would have in the States? Any information about the situation would be helpful. I must say that I do not plan on returning to the States anytime soon. Well thank you.

Whether or not a creditor will attempt to pursue you overseas is up to the creditor. Whether or not they report your debts to an overseas credit bureau is also up to the creditor.
