Default Suing For An Injury At Work From Over Four Years Ago

I had two spells of heat exhaustion over 4 years ago on the job. I am just now feeling the effects from those two incidents. Does anyone know if can still go back and sue. This injury is affecting my life in many ways.

Odds are that your exclusive remedy is workers' compensation, and odds are that you are too late to file a claim. As you didn't follow the big red instruction to identify your state when you posted this thread, I can't really say more than that. Try filing a workers comp claim and see what happens, or consult a lawyer in your state.
