Default Marrying My Fiance Who Is On An F1 Visa

My fiance and I want to get married soon. I am a US Citizen and she is a foreigner legally in the US on a F1 student visa. She will be a student for the next 1.5 years on a full scholarship. We want to get married in the US but are not sure the best way to proceed. Can we get married in the US now but wait until her schooling is almost finished before submitting the legal resident forms? Or, can we go ahead and get married and then submit the forms now without fear of her losing the full scholarship?

Is her scholarship premised upon financial need? If so, it seems possible that your income might disqualify her if you marry. If not, what is the problem?
