I have a bench warrant in the State of Washington for refusing to pay support to my ex-wife. I'm traveling to Europe in September and wonder if I'll have a problem re-entering the US when I return. I am a resident of Delaware.

Probably not, but I'm not a psychic. If you want to be absolutely safe, pay off your arrearage and resolve the warrant.
I have no intention of paying this b.... She can work just like I have to....
When the warrant catches up with you, enjoy your stay in jail.
I'm retired -- putting me in jail won't get her $$.....
Considering your smart alec replies -- don't bother responding.

That poster must have something in his rectum. Probably something large. He always replies negatively to anyone who inquires about the possibility of there being any redeeming qualities left in the US JustUs System.
In other words, don't mind him.
About your case, I would not worry too much about a misdemeanor warrant or civil matter out of Washington state if you live in Delaware. Washington may have elevated you support case to felony level though, you may want to check the laws in that state to be sure. And, as the poster above mentioned, you may not be able to renew your passport. A passport will be required of anyone entering or LEAVING the United States. Looks like that border fence is also to keep people IN! I wonder why?
