I am in Florida and I am a 21yr male and I was charged with Battery on the 12 of July...
My g/f and I have been together for alittle over a year. In this time I have put up with her actions being BI-Polar. I have done nothing but try and help her out and want to see the best for her. Well over this 1yr timeline everytime she gets in her moods she always takes it to far and has to make a scene. I have called 9/11 on her once b4 for trying to commit suicide and several accounts of her being violent towards me. I awlays keep my cool and try and talk to her to settle her down. My mom has been telling me to leave her alone before she gets me into trouble...
Well it happened, we have been arguing these past few days and I told her I had enough and im going to change my number so she calls my place of employment and leaves my supervisor a false message saying that I went to her apartment and stole $300. Before this she kept threatin me that she was gonna call and I told her not to. So anyways I go to her Apt where she lives and she is outside talking to her mom on the phone. She gets off the phone and I tell her that she needs to stop calling my work and making false statements. Well we argue and we get behind a wall and start talking and at this point I have had enough and tell her its ''over" then she drops to her knees and starts crying and screaming. At this point there are people outside working and apparently heard and saw us arguing. Well I leave, and I get a call from a cop telling me to come back to the apt. I go back and the officer writes me up for Domestic battery saying that I shoved her into the wall. There is noway anyone seen us b/c we was behind the wall only heard us arguing. I did not touch her in any way. Well she says that she told them that I did not touch her and that she was not harmed in any way.
Im gonna get a lawer and he says as long as she copperates it should not be as bad. I guess the only reason that they are pushing this is b/c they have witness saying they saw us arguing. After we all leave she calls me (which she shouldnt)and starts telling me that they took it to far and she didnt mean for this to happen. After we get of the phone she calls my Supervisor back and tells her that the previous message was false.
Can I use that false message?
After the incident I have texts and calls from her I could use.
Im trying to keep her happy so she doesnt flip out again and start more lies to get me in trouble.
Any comment or advice would be great!
