Removing A No Contact Order

Hey, I need advice on how to remove a domestic violence no contact order. It was just a fight with my old man that got out of hand, and as I left I broke all the windows of his new car. I paid him back for the windows, and then found out that there was a warrant for my arrest. I turned myself in and was convicted of Malicious Mischeif in the 2nd degree-DV. I've served all my time in jail and all my probation time as well. I still have my legal fees I'm paying on and that's it. So can I get this no contact order removed, or do I have to wait the full 5 years? And If I can get it removed how would I go about doing so? Thanks for any help that you may offer.

My "old man" as in my father. Yeah he wants it removed.
