    Default Applicant For Permanent Residency Marrying An Undocumented Immigrant

    My boyfriend and I want to get married. I am illegal and he has visa and he is wating for his residence. His mom is residence and she filed him 8 years ago. I just want to know if we can get married without affect the proccess of his residence?

    It is hard to predict what the USCIS would do when it learns that he has an undocumented spouse; I would not want to take that risk.
