    Default Which Is Better - An Adversary System or Inquisitorial System?

    Majority thinks that inquisitorial system is a far more effective system of prosecution and that adversary systems should be reformed in order to survive.But is the adversary system really all that bad?And which side are you on?

    These justice systems are extremely vital in determining who goes to jail and who does not.So please speak your mind.

    Some lawyers and some countries such as Australia are thinking about reforming the adversary system in their countries.
