Oh yea instead of emacipation what if my parent or parents where to give their consent would just the parent i live wiht have to give their consent since they are divorce or do both of them still have to?

Consent to what? Live somewhere else? Yes one could give consent (custodial parent) however the other could fight it.

Yes to live somewhere else. I doubt my other parent would fight it but if they were to fight it you mean take it to court and try to not allow it?

Yes they could argue its not in your best interest and either request it be stopped or petition ofr change of custody. However yes you can live almost anywhere with parental consent. Your parent will still have legal authority over you as you are not an emancipated teen in this manner. This means they could revoke said permission and sen you back home
