    Angry Judgements Before Bankruptcy

There were 2 judgements filed before I filed for bankruptcy. I did include them in my bankruptcy. Are they excluded also in a chapter 7? How long do they stay on my record? I live in the state of Utah.

    Thank you

    Default Re: Judgements Before Bankruptcy

If the judgments are dischargeable, they may be discharged in Chapter 7 proceedings. If not, they won't be. If you want a better answer, please provide a more detailed inquiry.
