No, the warrant for his arrest was for a $160 fee, I guess something that he had to pay when he was out on parole. He had no idea he had to pay it. When he was pulled over, they told him he had a warrant out for not paying the fee. It was not for a traffic violation. What do I do? Do I pay it? Does he get a trial or see a judge? How long can they keep him for not paying the fee (which is why he violated his parole)?
