because i'm disabled and i dont fit their 'work ethic' requirements.. under ADA im not required to live up to these requirements as far as I know.

These current subleaser(they lease under LL and rent rooms) wont give clarification why they're removing me and i smell discrimination, they wont give a valid reason. when the arguments started it was because i was outcasted from their social group. in the end when i asked why am i being kicked out i was told 'all the other normal room mates work full time jobs and you dont' i cant keep and maintain jobs very well so i do side work for friends that tolerate my mental illness. i am too high maintenence and (it's been proven) to maintain a steady job. basically i feel they are pushing 'work ethic' on me

do i have a discrimination case since i'm disabled and they wont give clarification for removal? Think about this carefully, do they have the right for no valid reason(aside from they dont like me) to remove me from the house?

im also being defrauded on my deposit, so there is a deposit dispute on their 3 day notice. but thats another story since they wont declare in writing how much deposit im getting back, and i cant get clarification (and i smell discrimination) do i have any rights?? i am so sick of people not being compassionate to me they think i can work fine and i really cant, to them 'i wish i could pretend i was psycho like you and get free money' they said something rude like that. to them my bipolar disorder is a joke

since they are refusing to give clarification (under suspected discrimination) and defrauding me, a disabled person(Slumlord behavior) do i have a case?
